Lock, Drop & Roll: Fiery Drills for Glorious Hip Work

Strong hip work is the cornerstone of bellydance. Join Alexis as she takes you through various drills for building impressive hip technique, ranging from sharp and precise locks to ooey gooey figure 8's and omis. Build up to layering these movements with some simple travelling footwork and apply what you have learned in a combination or two.

Suitable for all levels. Please bring a yoga mat, bottle of water and notebook.
